All Rum Point Resort condos feature sleek finishes, designer decor, and an open-concept layout maximizing space, natural light, and stunning ocean views. All the comforts of home are included in this 1-bedroom + den condo, totaling 1,290 sq. ft., including gourmet kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, SmartTVs for streaming, and a private oceanfront balcony.

All condos strike the perfect balance of modern luxury and seamless indoor/outdoor island living. Central air conditioning and high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected during your stay.

Beyond the entryway foyer, the home flows into a spacious open-concept great room encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Forever blue ocean views from the great room and primary suite will leave you breathless. Crisp coastal decor throughout accentuates the island scenery.

The living area includes a comfy sofa, a large SmartTV, and stunning ocean views. Walk out from the living area onto the private open-air balcony overlooking the oceanfront. 

The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with a suite of Thermador appliances, plus countertop appliances. Cookware, dishware, glassware, and cutlery also come provided. An outdoor dining table is furnished on the private balcony for meals with sweeping oceanfront views. An indoor dining table is also furnished just off the kitchen area. 

The Rum Point Resort fits all condos with blackout window shades, the finest Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, and sumptuous robes.

Rum Point Resort Map

The reef-protected Rum Point Resort beachfront enjoys a sandy beach with guest-only access to sun loungers, sun beds, couches, and sunbrellas. A private dock with a cabana and ladder offers gentle water entry into a sublime marine environment, complete with excellent snorkeling all the way out to the reef. Swim fins or pool shoes are suggested while exploring the ocean. 

The renowned Rum Point Club, located next door, has undergone a recent renovation and consistently ranks as one of the top attractions on Grand Cayman. Only a 100-yard barefoot beach walk along the shore, the Club offers 500 feet of barefoot swimming beach, a fine dining restaurant, beach bar, beach table service, and water sports rentals! 

Having access to both beaches at Rum Point was key in designing the Rum Point Resort, allowing our guests to retreat to the privacy of the resort when weather, wind, or the need for privacy requires.

We had an amazing stay at the Rum Point Resort Condo! The host provided everything we needed, the unit was spotless and beautifully furnished with high-end appliances that made it feel like a true luxury getaway. The views were absolutely unbeatable—sunrises and sunsets were stunning from the balcony. We loved how close everything was—great restaurants, fun activities, and beautiful beaches all within walking distance. The complimentary bikes were a huge bonus and made the ride to Starfish Point a breeze. Our kids already want to plan a return trip. Highly recommend condo 407 for a relaxing and scenic escape!

This was the nicest Airbnb that my wife and I have stayed in and we have stayed in several across various countries. The place is spectacular. Very clean, very quiet, and beautiful. If you’re looking for a place away from all the hustle and bustle of 7 mile Beach, then this is an excellent choice. Host was easy to work with and communicated well with us the entire process, I would highly recommend!

This place was fabulous! Quiet and peaceful with everything you could possibly need. The staff is sweet as can be, go out of their way to help you and answer any questions. The rum point beach is a simple walk. The only downfall is the rocks on the beach which can sometimes be hidden and catch you off guard/by surprise .we absolutely loved our time there. If your looking to relax look no further!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rum Point Club. The property is beautiful and the finishes are top notch. The pool and the beach were pristine. Great snorkeling right off the beach. We saw a huge stingray and a group of 20 tarpon under the boat dock. Our only complaint was the high prices for food and beverages. Cayman is expensive, but $10 for a PBR was a bit high in my opinion. The overall quality of the room and property outweighed any shortcomings. We would stay here again.

Everyone is very kind and accommodating and this is a very kid/family friendly environment - highly recommend for families that want to stay away from Seven Mile Beach, but retain resort amenities such as poolside service, daily room cleanings, room service, concierge, etc. We also loved how well equipped the villas were for preparing 1-2 meals during the day and being able to have a more condo-type vibe throughout. Highly recommend spending a little more for the ocean view and the top floor if possible . Waking up to that view and sound was even appreciated by our 18mo(She left learning new words such as beach, sea, pool, and boat!).

Booking Rules

  • A 3-night minimum stay is required year-round.
  • A 5-night minimum stay is required over Thanksgiving week.
  • A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's week.
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
  • Check-in: 4:00 pm.
  • Check-out: 11:00 am.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to book and occupy the unit during the entire stay.

Deposit Policy

50% is required at booking as the initial deposit to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due as follows: 

  • -January to Mid April Stays: 60 days before arrival. 

  • -Mid April to Mid December Stays: 30 days before arrival. 

  • -Winter Holiday Stays: 90 days before arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation with no fees if canceled within 48 hours of booking.
  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted by the guest of record to [email protected]
  • Cancellations made within the timeframes below are subject to a full refund less a $200 cancel fee:
  • -January to Mid April Stays: 60 days before arrival. 
  • -Mid April to Mid December Stays: 30 days before arrival. 
  • -Winter Holiday Stays: 90 days before arrival. 
  • If cancellation is made within the timeframes above, rent plus the resort fee paid are forfeited. Occupancy taxes and refundable damage deposit paid will be refunded to the card on file.
